Very IMPORTANT: I am an “Overseas Agent of the Anguilla government. To incorporate an IBC in Anguilla, we/I need from you (i.e., the client) a copy of your passport ID (or drivers license), + one BANK reference letter from a bank you have banked at. Anguilla Bankers will require a police certificate. Call me if you have questions. Police certificates are the norm offshore today. If you need a "sample" PC, I can e-mail you one for your police department to guide them. All documents need to be notarized.
While you can call us about the IRS reporting requirements (i.e., TD-90.22-1, Form 926, etc.) and tax questions that are required for offshore companies and foreign trusts, we cannot take responsibility for client’s actions regarding tax matters, and we do not guarantee that any planning done or suggested is bulletproof. Nothing is bulletproof for the American taxpayer venturing offshore, and his/her tax problems that may arise with the IRS are his/her own responsibility.
FOR BAHAMIAN COMPANIES SEND $2,100.
